Making Delay on Delivery/Refund and earning disappointment

I have ordered three product items in timtara(www.timta...om) on 26th July 2012. Please find order confirmation mail from attachment for your reference. Details are as follows,

While ordering, delivery time is mentioned as “2 to 3 weeks”. As promised, products are not delivered. Status of the products was changed as “Awaiting shipment” on 27th July 2012. And still the same is status available. I raised three complaints in timtara website regarding this: 34620, 367808 and 36710. I mailed them (‘[email protected]’; ‘[email protected]’; ‘[email protected]’; ‘[email protected]’; ‘[email protected]’; ‘[email protected]’) and I called customer care a lot of times. But still I didn’t get the products and any detailed information for the delivery. So I send the mail for cancellation. I am not getting any response. I am totally getting disappointment and getting so worry.:-{
