Mmmm, while I have no doubt Maha Kumbh attracted massive number of people this year, after all once in 144 years this happens. But can't image any scenario where 2 Trillion !!! Worth of business Would. Most people who attend Kumbh are poor or middle class with limited purchase capacity. Majority of people are living in tents and NOT multi star hotel. Large portion of the people living under open sky or different Akharas. Large portion of the people are either cooking the meals or eating at different Free Food distribution events.
I believe the transportation expenses could be higher, lot more than 15,000 Crore ( NOT 10k Cr) in total by the end of one and a half month long Maha Kumbh Mela.
But other expenses like Fooding and lodging and Religious Goods are highly over- estimated.
BTW what's your source of information of this 2 Trillion ( Dollar?) Trade Estimate?

UP government will spend an estimated ₹7,500 crore, Centre has approved a special grant of ₹2,100 crore
That's almost 10000 crores of public money spent - would be good to see a nice ROI if the estimates are true.
