Correlation is not causation i.e. just because someone died at work does not mean the work killed them.
During demonetization, some people died while waiting in the line to exchange their Rs 500/1000 notes. The outrage media concluded - "Demonetization killed people", "Modi killed people"
Definitely but work causes stress. Stress inclusion into pre existing diseases is lethal.
We dont have medical awareness in the country as such. Yearly medical tests should be mandatory for all.
Apart from that there are hardly any jobs which anyone would like doing here, most people are working just for money which increases stress. Banking jobs are the best example.
It's same everywhere. Every co. Exploit employees.
Same in hdfc life
Huge pressure,
just think how much stress HDFC customers go through
Terrible news! Om Shanti! May her soul attain Moksha!
Of course, no peer will say that she was an alcohol addict or had high cholesterol levels or was going through personal problem / anxiety / depression.
Hdfc group do not provide work life balance.
Working in this hdfc bank is one of the worst thing I have done till today
As I know because continuos cost savings they don't even sufficient basic facilities like tea or coffee in offices
Everyday work wil be increasing but they are recruiting the people because of budget.
I have friends who have worked at / continue to work at Canara Bank, RBL Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Bank Of America, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered and all admit there are high levels of stress involved.
One of those friends also did a stint at RBI and quit within 2 years because there was no work at all. That was causing him even more stress and that is NOT a joke. I always salute him saying "You are that one guy who quit an RBI job because there was no work whereas every second person in the world dreams about a job that pays them for no work."
वो hdfc का नालायक employee को हर दूसरे और चौथे शनिवार को छुट्टी करता है work load से मार गया । 😂🤣😂🤣
ये तो ऐसा है जैसे इस देश का कोई नेता गरीब हो गया हो ।
