Lowest possible standard for Delivery and Service

I placed order number TOD100121976 in late night on 24th January 2015.
There was no response for several days so I called on 30th January and was told that since I had ordered many products it is taking time and all products should reach them in 15 working days!! post which these would be delivered to me. I asked for order cancellation if the order is not delivered till 7th February i.e. 15 days after placing order.
There was no response on 7th February and I called back on 10th February to cancel the order; Was requested to wait till evening and details of my order would be sent to my email ID post which I can decide to cancel order, if I’m not satisfied with the projected delivery dates. I agreed.
No email was sent concerning my order – though I did get a promotional email from them on the discount offered on products. I called back on 11th February at 1:30 pm and no one is answering the customer care number.
Pathetic support and service – I have no idea of the delivery date, let alone the products being delivered, even after 19 days of placing the order!!
