Lounge access - spend criteria and DreamFolks

Are spend criteria and DreamFolks not synced? I haven't spent at all on my IDFC Wealth CC in recent months but DreamFolks is still showing available lounge access. Do they charge later?!
IDFC even sends me monthly emails stating that spending criteria are not met for lounge access.

In my case, I didn't do spend criteria on ICICI coral so dreamfolks shows pay&use.

Maybe some spends would have been excluded for fulfilling the spends criteria.
