Lose your money with Greendust

I ordered emergency light on 29th september 2011
Till now not shipped. I called them 3 times, they will put u on hold multiple times and cut the call.
Another time they said they will ship tomorrow and never shipped. They will never reply to your emails. I am frustrated and dont know wat to do.
Please dont do the mistake of order in greendust.
I am now beginning to thinking that my Rs.900 is lost.
There are hundreds of stories of money lost in greendust in desidime.com and all over the web.
Let me know if there are any solutions.
