Looted my Money

BookMyShow has looted my money.
They disppalyed wrong time while ordering.
I called within 30 secs of booking the ticket and they simply denied that we don’t do refunds as tickets are automatically accepted by the Theatre.
They have no ticket cancellation/return policy. And poor customer care support makes things worse. Customers seem very frustrated these days.
