Looking for Monitor Recommendations Under ₹25,000

Hi everyone,
I'm in the market for a new monitor with a budget of up to ₹25,000. I'll primarily be using it for:
- Coding
- Web browsing
- Watching YouTube
- Movies
I'm looking for something with good color accuracy, decent response time, and comfortable for long usage. If you have any recommendations or insights on specific models, I'd really appreciate your help!

At that budget, I am at least expecting USB-PD (Power Delivery) over USB-C so that you can charge your laptop from the monitor itself via the USB-C cable which will also carry the display signal (thus no use of HDMI cable or the laptop charger). A USB hub to plugin in a keyboard, mouse and other peripherals would be a plus as well as. In-built speakers are subjective; I hate anything insider or on my ears; others prefer that.
4K might be overkill. QHD is fine.
