Looking for Affordable Scanner for Legal Documents and Large House Plan Maps ( pls mention others so that they can also give feedback)

I'm in need of a scanner that can handle larger documents, specifically legal documents (which are bigger than A4) and also large-sized house plan maps. Most of the typical home office scanners don't seem to fit my needs, and I’ve noticed that the larger format scanners can be quite expensive (some going up to ₹1 lakh!).
I’m looking for a solution that’s more affordable but still efficient for my needs. Has anyone here come across a reasonably priced scanner that can handle bigger-than-A4 documents? Or maybe an alternative method to scan large documents without breaking the bank?
Any suggestions, whether it’s a scanner model or a creative workaround (like using a mobile app, or stitching images together), would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
