Never invest based on some random list. Let me tell you my experience. I had invested in Ujaas energy based on my friend tips in 2017. I had 3000 shares at 42 avg price. In greed I took bigger bet. After very long wait and big drawdown I have finally sold ujass at 5 rs. So ultimately 1.11 lakh loss on 1.26 lakh investment. Check ujass share price currently and you will know

Long term holding needs a lot of patience, after 50% upside trend if a stock take two 5% down move consecutively, people sell in panic. I would advice SIP in Mutual fund for 12-15% return and less stress.
