Lol, who copied whom - Credit Card Upgrade - common data source?

2 days back received an upgrade offer for Yes Bank Credit Card and Today received an upgrader offer for IndusInd Bank Credit Card even though both were useless upgrades offer what look's interesting is their Upgrade Page UI were identical, down to every letter

Received both upgrade offers via official bank channels (not scam!) not sure who copied whom and what makes it more scarier is how both offers came in at the same time—or was it just a coincidence or both banks have same team for UI, Backend and Data lol.
