Got following mail from Vistara:
Dear Mr XYZ,
As part of the ongoing merger of Vistara and Air India, we're excited to announce the next step in integrating Club Vistara and Flying Returns programs, creating a more rewarding travel experience for you.
In May 2024, you authorized us to migrate your Club Vistara account data to Air India's Reimagined Flying Returns programme. To ensure a smooth transition, please link your two accounts.
Link your Club Vistara and Flying Returns accounts
Step 1: Log in to your Club Vistara account.
Step 2: Under 'My Account', click 'Link Accounts'.
Step 3: Enter your 9-digit Flying Returns Membership ID and click on Submit.
What to expect after submission:
a. Success: If the following five key fields in your two accounts are an exact match, you'll receive a confirmation message and an email acknowledgment.
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number (not applicable for minor accounts)
Date of Birth
b. Missing information/data mismatch: In case the details in one or more of the above-mentioned fields do not match, a prompt will inform you to update the specific fields in either of the two accounts to ensure a perfect match across both programs.
Once updated, you can then resubmit your Flying Returns Membership ID following the steps mentioned above. This will ensure that your accounts are correctly matched in both programs before the integration.
All linked Club Vistara Accounts will be merged with the Flying Returns ID.
If your Club Vistara account isn't linked to a Flying Returns account by the time of merger, here’s what happens:
In case the details in the aforementioned five fields in your existing Flying Returns account match with the details in your Club Vistara account, we'll merge the two accounts for a unified experience.
For accounts where the details in one or more of the fields do not match, a new Flying Returns account will be created transferring your CV Points, Tier Points and Vouchers (if any) to this new account.
Merging duplicate accounts:
The Flying Returns Programme requires that each account has a unique phone number and email address. If duplicate contact details are detected across multiple accounts at the end of the process described above, or if you have ended up with multiple accounts, you will be given the option to merge these redundant accounts into your primary account. Instructions on how to merge them will be communicated to you in due time.

However, planning to delay the transfer as much as possible. (I just got an Indusind Tiger CC to have a good vistara points earning rate and plan to book Vistara for nexxt few months atleast.)
So, I will not be linking at the moment - probably till the final reminder.
Got the mail, did everything as suggested, yet got the error as below;
To be clear, my email IDs are the same in both accounts.
You have both Club Vistara and Flying Returns accounts?
