LEVIS Refund Fraud

I ordered a tshirt from levis website on 23rd July paid via points and amazon pay balance. The order was cancelled that day only by them. Received the points after 2-3 days but till now no refund of pay balance. Their customer care service is the worst. 90% time they don't pick. When they pick there is only one illiterate, tired lady who picks the call every single time and act like today you will be refunded surely but later nothing happens. Today she just kept me on hold and disconnected the call and later not picked at all. How is this possible for a brand like Levis? I'm pretty shocked. Even NCH complaint has no answer since 2 weeks! Don't know what should I do now! Any suggestions?
