Lens are not genuine "British Optics is Fake"

Hi, At the end when nobody urge to help me with the product I bought from lenskart. I am writing here. Lenskart claim to provide British Optics lenses which is supposed to be great in quality but its not. I bought a Eyeglass few months back and its lens got broken after falling on mattress. That’s shocking! And I claimed for it as it comes with 1 year warranty but there is always some shitty policies with almost every big eCommerce organisation which they use when it comes to claim process, which Lenskart putted on me also. And at the end when I gave up, I asked them to arrange me those lens but they said that I have to buy the pair not a single lens. Why should I pay for a pair when I need one? This is weird, I mean only one of my lens is broken the other one is absolutely fine then why should I buy the pair. Ridiculous, Great Support! Thanks for fooling us.

Note : I suggest people to not go for the lens from Lenskart, they are not genuine.
