So by this day's end, Citi Online banking, Citi app, UPI & bunch of other stuff will cease to work & it'll be all AXIS from monday the 15th.
Its been 13 years super pleasant journey with CITI & I've only visited the branch twice in the entire span, that too not on personal case but to do some foreign transfers for a friend. Honestly I cannot think of any hardcore issues I've had with CITI over the entire journey.
Axis is doing well as of now to keep us updated at every step of the migration process & hope for the best!!

Even mine started with Citibank when they introduced suvidha and tied up with companies in Bangalore in the late 90s. Never ever had any issues with them unlike with other banks..
Their call center quality was perfect. There was no need to explain things again and again. Transactions went through within a minute or two unlike that with ICICI etc where you need 5 mins to reach the operator after going through multiple ivr menus.
Citi always had that edge over other banks. I still feel nostalgic remembering how I felt after having my first bank account and credit card with citi in 2010.
my 1st salary, and credit card account, citi was love, never faced any tech error or downtime, it was smooth and best among all other competitors.
-earlier when citi was leaving india the last day
-i called customer care , said i wanna close my citi card as it is paid
- they said we shall issue you new card as LTF as good bye gesture
-miss u CITI
mine is paid and will remain paid with axis.

They started suvidha banking in 1997.. they were the first bank to deploy multiple ATMs across Bangalore.. otherwise there were 1-2 ATMs in the city from HSBC or so..
Using a card for all banking in India was mainly their brainchild IMO.
Best customer support.. always got positive response
Citi ka naam suna tha lekin mere City / village main inka koi product nahin aaya. Shuru hone se pehle hi sheeti bajate hue khatam ho gaya.
Because Citi never sleep very popular slogan still remember those days
I loved Citi very much for their excellent customer service. The only thing I frowned upon was their minimum 10,000 reward points limit requirement to convert points to cash. Any kind of communication sent to them via the credit card portal was promptly replied. I will miss Citi and the good old days too.
I will miss citibank ..my first salaried account.
My first cc was with Citi in Dec 2008. Never visited branch ever, had fraud international transaction (almost 1l) in 2012 and Citi cc was very helpful in reversing it, though it took 40 days but glad it was reversed. I’m gonna miss Citibank.
btw; when can we login to Axis app and users like me who already got Axis cc, how to add Citibank cc in the same app?
As per official info, we can login into Axis app from 12am July 15. Sorry no idea about the cc thing; am sure they'll have thought of that scenario & did some kind of provision within the app.
Reminder! Ready reckoner of service interruptions on 13th and 14th July.

My second oldest credit card is is from citi bank. Rarely had to call them related to any issue. Cashback and rewards always on time.
Last year dec asked them to close my credit card and they offered me LTF Indian oil Credit card which I accepted gracefully. Customer support was top notch. Axis won't do justice to that though.
I had my second CC from Citi. Called them only 2 times for late payment charges waiver they reverted both the times. Also referred 2 cards and took benefit. Reward from catalog was good, redeemed Amazon Gift voucher.
30k spend target was the best, Not sure Axis will continue with that.
facing new challenge from Citi-Axis migration
