I have purchased laptop ₹66500 today Dtd 7june from offline store
Payment was made by Amazon through kotak zen credit card no cost emi
I have received cashback of 5% in Amazon wallet
Now I want to cancel the no cost emi by contacting customer care
Please update me whether it's possible to cancel ncemi
Also if i cancel the ncemi whether the cashback received in Amazon wallet would be adjusted for cancelling ncemi

From what I remember about Kotak NC EMI, we must pay on the credit card the amount equivalent to the first installment and then call customer care to pre-close the EMI. Let me know if that works. All processing fees etc should get reversed.

Forget about Apay Cashback, emi cancellation charges will also be applicable

Not able to understand How did Amazon got involved in offline store ncemi purchase
And if you cancel emi amazon cashback will not be affected as they don't have any direct relation with bank so they will not be notified but emi cancellation charges maybe applicable (confirm from kotak cc)
But overall it should be less costly if you cancel emi and pay full
