On Rs 1000 spent in a month:
Reward Points are 3%, so 30 RP. (Not sure about this point)
The 30 RP is then converted to Kotak Points which is 40% of RP, so 12 KP.
The 10 KP is worth Rs 1 irl. So ultimately Rs 1.2 is earned.
So a net of 0.12% reward rate !
And we need 400 KP or Rs 40 minimum for redemption !
The 3% was observed on my statement personally. I had upi spends in various categories including fuel. Maybe the reward rate is higher and fuel spends werent counted? Maybe transactions less than Rs 50 or Rs 100 didnt earn rewards. I dont know.
Please help me understand this better dear dimers.
Is there a minimum transaction value to earn reward point ?
What is the spend to initial reward point rate ?
And most importantly, what upi LTF card to apply after burning this card?

I looked into the card for someone here a while back.
If I remember it correctly, the reward rate is around 0.75%
The card gives 4 to 8 points on every 150rs spend. Where did you get this 3%?
Provide a screenshot of that section. Fuel spends only get waiver not points.
To get points you to spend 150 and more.
Then it is converted to kotak points @ 40% like you said.
But one kotak point is worth 0.25p.
So your calculation is wrong. How many point do you actually have?

i also dont understand how MCC and UPI is linked. I assumed when i use my CC for UPI, the category would be just UPI,
I have got no surcharges or gst when paying for fuel using UPI.
I dont think there is a minimumt trans criteria since in the 1st month i did a 10 Rs trans and somehow got 1 reward point

Yeh sab choro yeh batao koi, is there any charges to redeem Kotak rewards to credit card statement ?
