Kotak League CC UPI Transaction Issue

For the previous few days having issues with UPI transactions on Gpay merchants. It says the transaction is not permitted to this UPI. After 4 or 5 tries the transaction is getting successful. Is anyone facing the same issue?

Just tried on two merchants, didn't see any issue. went well. Used Gpay.

i am unable to generate upi pin on phonpe google pay for my kotak league rupay credit card… everytime it shows incorrect or too many attemps… pls help… any trick ?
