Sometimes transactions fail at EazyDiner with this Kotak Everyday Debit card, sometimes they work. When it failed once, I lost money as the txn was actually successful but showed failed on EZ Diner so when I raised chargeback, Kotak said txn was successful, you paid twice voluntarily and closed the case. Both times amount got credited to merchant account. EazyDiner is equally to blame but I tweeted to them to seek help and they couldn't care less. They're a fraud company.
