Kotak Credit card Bill Payment

This month my Kotak credit card bill was around 70000 i Paid most of the amount around 93% before due date & remaining amount was paid by paytm around 6k 2 days before due date
Yesterday was last date & today i got paytm notification that my 6k bill payment failed.
I paid it immediately & settled by cred but i am asking
Will i be charged? Bcz axis,icici & hdfc give 2 days grace period...
