Try via app, no charges. Although showing but nothing deducted.

This is new level of leechadpana. They can't just woke up one day and start putting random charges. I'm sure that you will be able to reverse those charges either by calling the bank or escalating to RBI since such charges are never mentioned in their mitc, but this will surely take a lot of your time. Guessing by the screenshot, your limit is already at 4.6 which is more than enough, and the offer to push it further to 5.1 feels like a tiny upgrade anyways.

Try to email their customers care that you consent to increase limit without any charges. They might increase it without charges

Call their customer care and ask for charges on limit enhancement. If they say there are no charges on LE then proceed with the request on the call itself with customer care. Last time, I requested on the same on call and they increased my credit card limit without any charges.
