Offer Details: 10% cashback - Up to Rs. 350 on cumulative spends during the offer period using Kotak Credit Cards

Offer Period: From 17th May 2024 to 31st July 2024

Terms and Conditions:

• 1. The Offer is valid only for select Credit Card customers (“Customer/Cardholder/Card member”) of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) who have received the invitation to participate in the offer via email/SMS/app notification or through any other communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank during the offer period.
• 2. The bank reserves the right to provide the offer to any of its customers at its sole discretion.
• 3. The Offer is valid only on the transactions done using the Credit Card until the end of offer period.
• 4. The offer is valid on retail transactions - online merchants and marketplaces, and offline merchants.
• 5. The cashback is subject to successful merchant settlement of transactions until the end of offer period.
• 6. Any unsettled transaction until the end of offer period shall not be considered for calculation of cash back.
• 7. The date of the transaction will be considered based on the transaction date submitted by the Merchant Establishment/Association (i.e. Visa/MasterCard/Rupay). The Bank will not be responsible if Merchant Establishment submits the transaction date as different from the actual date when transaction was done.
• 8. Qualifying spends/transactions will exclude -All EMIs pertaining to Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card; Loans on credit cards; Balance Transfer programs. Effective from 14th June 2024 spends on Insurance transactions (MCC 6300, 6381, 5960, 6012, 6051); Rent transaction (MCC 6513); Wallet transaction (MCC 6540); Educational services transaction (MCC 8299, 8211, 8241, 8244, 8249); Utility & Telecommunication transaction (MCC 4814, 4816, 4899, 4900) and Government services transaction (MCC 9222, 9311, 9399, 9402) will be excluded from the qualifying spends/transactions.
• 9. All eligible transactions apart from the above will be considered only as eligible transactions on successful settlement.
• 10. Cash transactions, balance transfer transactions and the transactions which are reversed or cancelled are not eligible for cashback.
• 11. Transactions that are raised as disputes will not be considered eligible transactions/spends for the offer.
• 12. Maximum Rs.350 cashback can be earned by the Cardholder during the Offer Period.
• 13. The cash back earned will be credited to Cardholders account within 90 days post the offer end date. Cardholders whose credit card account is closed at the time of fulfillment, will not be eligible for the cash back offer.
• 14. The transactions done using the add-on credit card will also be considered as transaction done on primary credit card and will be eligible for the offer.
• 15. Maximum cashback of Rs.350 will be credited to the credit card account associated with the primary credit card.
• 16. The cardholder account based on which the Card member is receiving the offer notification should be in open or active status as on the offer fulfillment date.
• 17. If a customer holds multiple Kotak Credit Cards, the offer will be valid only on the credit card for which the offer is communicated to the customer.
• 18. The offer is not valid on Corporate and B2B Credit Cards.
• 19. This offer is not valid on credit card payments/spends made in foreign exchange in Nepal & Bhutan.
• 20. Cardholders will be eligible for cashback only if the selected card is in active status and continues to be in good standing and at least minimum amount due payment continues to reach the Bank on or before the due
• date. Cardholders who are classified as delinquent will not be eligible for this Offer.
• 21. The Offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non –negotiable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer provided by the Bank.
• 22. Participation in this Offer is voluntary.
• 23. No promo code is needed to avail the Offer.
