Still same issue .. is it working for anyone ?
Mail received from support that says vkyc problem is solved. But sorry to say I am not applying further:
1. They replied on third day from the complaint date.
2. There is no direct number to call.
3. Neon subscription is free only for 1st year
4. They made a hard cibil enquiry now again asking for aadhaar otp. May be its a second cibil hit.
So not interested anymore.

I tried again but still not taking me to the KYC page from above screenshot step. I also got resolved email but they are talking about KYC issue at YES bank end where it was showing all executives are busy, looks like they are still unaware of this issue.
Not worth with a 999 year subscription...
I'm unable to complete the VKYC with my phone even after allowing all permissions, I can't get to turn on my camera using google chrome
Check chrome camera permission
same ,its opened last night and was showing all employee are busy ,now its wont open 😡
