Kiwi fraud - Got only 30 kiwis after buying on Myntra

Transacting on Myntra using Kiwi for 20% cashback but got only 30 kiwis. Emailed them and they said eligible transaction will get the cashback within 7 days. Will I get 20% cashback or Should I cancel my order? Their Twitter is filled with the same thing.

I also ordered and received 8 kiwis 
. Kiwis are credited within one hour mostly (as per kiwi app). So I cancelled the order.
Same, I also cancelled my order because they only said me in the mail that if you are eligible then you will get it. They did not say that your transaction is eligible.
Now they are saying u will receive cashback within given time ..what to do?? Cancel order or wait??
Got a notification that it may take 30 days for cashback due to large number of orders\refunds
