1) Although i am not a fan of Odd-Even scheme, I was surprised when it was cancelled after getting a green signal from NGT. NGT asked them implement scheme on 2-wheelers as two-wheelers contribute more to pollution than four wheelers
Scheme was probably cancelled because their major share of vote bank comes from people who use 2 wheelers
P.S. I am an AAP supporter and consider them a lesser evil than congress and Jumla Party
- A 2016 report of IIT-Kanpur has documented that based on annual emissions (based on a survey conducted between November 2013 and June 2014), road dust is the single largest contributor to air pollution, accounting for 56 per cent of particulate matter 10 (PM10).*
Delhi should use vacuum cleaners to clean the streets and then dispose the dirt outside NCR.

in election hum janta ke nokar hai , in assembly hum maalik h .. U-turn uncle .
Well I think Delhi government did a good thing by scrapping odd-Even after the NGT order. And this decision has nothing to do with vote bank politics.
yes bcoz smog is already over … now no need of odd even ,,, wase bhi vehicles are not main cause …
DELHI MCD is handled by the great swacch party – what changes have been done since march 2017
