if such rule exists. Then they should reduce for transport vehicles.. bikes only impacts you.. but transport vehicles impacts on everything which you use.. my god prices are increasing like anything

Pakistanis are so poor, buying cheap petrol of INR 65. While us rich Indians enjoying the Premium Petrol (personally refined by the Saudi Princes) of INR 105.

Not a bad solution, but curious how are they going to implement this rule on the ground, in a corrupt subcontinental country.
