DRHP hasn't filed yet, this record date is just for bonus share
post DRHP it takes around 3-4 months minimum (95% cases) to file IPO
Instead buy 1 share of NTPC in next 2 months to be eligible for NTPC Green IPO also Hero Motorcorp share for HeroFincorp IPO which might come in Nov
