Hello dimers I'm going to kedarnath on October 10th what are the precautions or safety measures should take care of like medical kit, how will be the weather during that time, what are the foods I can except in that location, and how many hours it will take to complete the trek. Please share ur suggestions or trip memories so that I can follow.

Expect it to get cold in October and maybe even occasional snow at those altitudes. Be prepared with a lot of warm clothing accordingly. But I would assume the summer touristy crowd would not be around and only sparser hardcore bhakts who visit before temple closure in November.
