Btw, lets not think that these people are nut cases (the likes of kangana, akshay kumar, anupam kher, amitabh, salman, etc). They are just using the powers for their benefits, these are the people who wont take long to change sides when the situation demands.

They dont care if the general population is being fed hatred, made to compromise on their living, die due to riots or policies or hunger. They just dont care. The population should have cared for themselves and their children, which they didnt.

Literature & Education (includes Journalism, Teaching, Book composing, Literature, Poetry, Promotion of education, Promotion of literacy, Education Reforms etc.)
Civil Service (includes distinction/excellence in administration etc. by Government Servants)
Sports (includes popular Sports, Athletics, Adventure, Mountaineering, promotion of sports, Yoga etc.)

The award is normally not conferred posthumously. However, in highly deserving cases, the Government could consider giving an award posthumously.
