Justdial cc bill via rupya cc stopped

Almost every possible way is closed:)

just find some unknown wallet and load it using CC and get that money from wallet withdrawn to your bank account and use that to pay the cc:) 

hmm this is round about way, but this is the good way:), but for me i haven't found any good wallet for this purpose recently , hopefully someone might help:)
