Till now the sellers had the ability to cancel an order for any issues from their end but now JioMart has achieved a new LOW to allow delivery partner to cancel the order! 😂

Same problem. Orders getting out for delivery and being marked returned within 5 minutes. Then have to wait 5 days for refund.
Ordered after a long time because the product wasnt available elsewhere at discount. Learnt a lesson.
My reason to order was same too. I was unable to find Vicco Vajradanti Saunf Flavor Toothpaste in local grocery stores in my area including Reliance Fresh and DMart. Found the product at discount and ordered. I ordered from them last in Feb, 2024 😂
Earlier they used to give good offers. But now nothing.
Also, delivery is done in random time, not suitable for Groceries large order.
Amazon is best in terms of delivery
But currently Flipkart grocery offers lowest price.
Still remembering "Epic 9 Rs Onion Loot" by delivery boys from Jiomart.
Delivery guy told me over phone:
"Mera accident hua hai,mein 5 kg Pyaaz rakh leta hu aur delivered mark karke apko abhi jaldi jaldi 45 Rs Upi kar dete hu,plzzz",jara OTP share kar dena"😂😂
They don't even share the tracking number for most of the order(like electronics item)
They were supposed to compete with Amazon

Same for me.. When complaint they said some technical issues.. After this you won't be able to use card offer again (Bob card discount was going when ordered) and major issue happened with me on 5th of this month and money not refunded yet.. Complained multiple times and everytime they say it will be refunded in 7 working days
Recently visited Reliance Smart and there were multiple orders for Jio Mart.
I think with ease and collaboration with Meta they are able to achieve targets and reach millions of people when it comes to grocery orders.
We as Dimers think and then choose multiple options to order while normally people don't think much and order where convenience is more.
