Jiomart reliance smart gv redemption

Cant we use reliance smart gv on jiomart? Earlier it used to work now its is showing invalid voucher.

Purchased reliance smart gv from amazon.

Anyone has any information about it?

Reliance Smart GVs never worked in JioMart in my experience. No issues in redeeming then offline. Redeemed two in the last week including one yesterday.

At the Reliance sales terminal :Gift Card/Cashback - Gift Card (very first option). Was the same carried out in your case. 

Most of the store guys are clueless so I have to guide them.

Edit: I had last used SS vouchers in October. Thereafter only the Smart variant.

I have redeemed these smart gvs from amazon on store and jiomart itself multiple times but this time it is not working on either platform

Received reply from reliance team that its superstore gv and it will be redeemable there only and not at any other smart outlet.
