Jiomart not showing option to Pay with Rewards

I tried to order some items from Jio mart, but I cannot see any PWR option. I created another account with the mobile no in which I have used PWR in Snapay, but still I cant see the option. Need some guidance on this, if it needs to be enabled some way or do i need to talk to some one.
