They keep cancelling the orders. If by chance, your product is fulfilled by third party seller then they keep changing the delivery date and refund takes more than a month.

Ordered few items earlier today and delivered in 45 minutes, limited items available. 1 damaged item was sent which is expected, raised a ticket for the same. I've recieved damaged items in Amazon fresh, flipkart as well especially fruits, vegetables.Same experience with BigBasket (broken eggs)

Sad to know that consumers are reduced to 'expecting' damaged items!

Where the delivery associates on a two-wheeler or on rode a three-wheeler, larger vehicle too might make a difference, I think.
