jiofinance app credit card bill not showing in history

Hello,
I paid 2 bills through jiofinance app, they were shown as pending but in history none is shown.
Both times payment was deducted from bank, i didn't take screenshot of transaction id. Need help.

They aren't helping on email also, saying they can't find transaction, but that's the issue, transactions aren't showing
