jio tv + app now available on firestick app store and playstore.
However login possible only with cell no registered with active jio fibre connection.
Also at times throwing error that we have to be on jio network to watch it.

Yes you can, but to start watching you need to connect to jio network (may be jio mobile hotspot) once started then switch internet, it will work.
