For Rupay platinum card users with multiple cards, it doesn't make that much sense to queue as card gives 20% offer normally if you queue now you can't use card offer for full year

they increased call only packs like 155/395/1559 @ 22% while data packs @ 20% they always do that punish 'call only users' more than their data users

It's FIFO .. First in First out.. If data plan is combined... then it will be executed/queued on 2nd priority... In short Voice and validity related plans takes the precedence based on FiFO.
