Jio Postpaid BillPay from Amazon Not working for past few days

I had tried multiple times last friday. And I am trying again today.
Jio postpaid bill is failing from amazon. Basically I was trying to use the rupay friday 20% off offer. But it seems the issue is probably with all payments. Even from amazon pay it is failing.
Can anybody else please check if on Jio PostPaid.

Yes , the jio postpaid bill payments from Amazon are failing. I have tried last week as well as today, both of them are failed.

Sadly i am not using Jio or its postpaid so can't test myself 
one thing I can confirm is airtel and BSNL its working in amazon

when i tried to pay 500 it failed but when i paid full amount of rs 528 it was successful (after sometime).
Either i was lucky it went through or now it works only on full bill payment.

Yup Not just Jio all Bill Payments even Electricity Bills needs to pay Full Bill in single transaction with just 1 card thats it Amazon Fucked up something when Government Switched to BBPS payments from there All Payments i tried Like 500,500 All Failed But when i did 1400 in go FUll 1400-100= It Miraculously Successfull
So Amazon Changed =Govt Fucked BBPS= Bills Accepted only Full Otherwise Failed money stuck 2-5 days
