Mine still not unblocked. Today they sent sms to get in 5 days
I have issue. Can not withdraw money. It showing message. Transaction declined by bank due to security reasons.
Yesterday I transacted about 6 transaction in same time after that this issue is happend. Today morning I withdrawn Rs 1 from account using imps mode from myjio app. But after that the same error is happend.contacted customer care yesterday but no responded only got tickets number.
Contact customer care, they will ask your details over email.
Is it resolved now? or are they still asking for details?
Naya kachrakhana lagta hai, rbi ki dhulaai chahiye isko...

my jio payments bank already active but in phone pe when was checking balance upi pin entered wrong
when i was removed an account in phone pe and re added the account there an error account not found
Contacted customer care, they said you are making too many transactions, Now asking.....
We definitely want to help.
As we have observed that, your account has been used for business transactions or to avail any cashbacks/offers as such Transactions are not inline hence, it has been blocked for security reasons.
Since Savings account should be used only for personal transactions.
To unblock your account, share the below details to [email protected] from registered email id -
1. Bank account statement of the person who has sent/transferred money to your Jio Payments Bank account in the last 30 days without any password protection (Account Holder’s name, address and Bank name should be visible)
2. Highlight or mention the debit transaction details for us to identify the same and the same should reflect as credit in your Jio Payments Bank account.
3. PAN Card and Aadhaar Card (Please mask the Aadhaar number, only the last 4 digits should be visible) of the respective bank account holder who has sent/transferred money.
4. If using for cashbacks/offers, then share the snap of the offer details.
OR using for business transactions (i.e. shop, small vendor, etc.) then share the your business registration details (i.e. Business license)
The Bank statement should clearly reflect transactions with your Jio Payments Bank. Post validation of shared documents, you will receive a verification call for account unblocking process.
