Jio ने Q2 FY25 के दौरान 10.9 मिलियन ग्राहक गंवाए।
Jio का कुल सब्सक्राइबर बेस QoQ (तिमाही के आधार पर) 489.7 मिलियन से घटकर 478.8 मिलियन हो गया।
माना जा रहा है कि यह जुलाई 2024 के दौरान लागू किए गए टैरिफ बढ़ोतरी के कारण हुआ।

I think this issue is related to JIO's recent policy of deactivating SIM cards that aren’t regularly recharged or used, rather than users shifting to other providers.
When I tried to use my JIOFI device, which I only use occasionally, I found that it had been deactivated for non-use—a situation that hadn’t occurred before. While this can be inconvenient, I see the benefits: it clears out inactive numbers, making them available for new users. Additionally, it helps providers improve their Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), which has become a key metric for comparison across networks.
ARPU is a issue for airtel , VI and BSNL.
As jio is in profit they don't have any issue related to ARPU.
Have a yearly recharge. Will port soon.

Here unlimited 5g is just a scam . No speed and no stable network coverage of 5g.
Even speed of 4g is also reduced drastically.

may 🙇🏻Almighty🛐 give Jio the strength to cope with this 🥺loss😭.You are wrong, jio's loss is public loss. Almighty should give us strength to pay more taxes 😉. When you toss, dont forget to look at other side. If my memory dont fail me, recently got imported from USA, you, right?
I ported to bsnl, crying since day 1.
I was a loyal jio customer but their network strength and data speed has deteriorated.
Also, unable to use unlimited 5G because network keeps falling back to 4G.
Happy with Airtel as primary number.
Airtel is 1 step ahead jio first they consume your daily data then unlimited 5g starts then if you have 5g issue you not have internet left.
Even i hav same issue with airtel.. having unlimited 5g but even when signal shows 5 g in iphone my 4 data balance gets deducted.. whats the solution. I have complaint to Airtel still not solved
In Airtel 5g , Daily Data Will Be Consumed First And Then Unlimited 5g Starts , If Signals Fall Back To 4g Then No Data Left For You.
Port karke kidhar jayega.. jaha jayega udhar hi mara jayega.. hike to har jagah hai..10 15 saal pahle ke hisab se bahut sasta hai any plan anywhere.. 5000 ki salary se 1 lakh plus income ho gaya itne dino me .. so its won't matter a lot. For me
Sabse bada fayda hai.. bina recharge kiye 2 sim chale ja raha incoming ke sath.. aur kahi ye feature nahi hai.. have 4 numbers with me and wife.. active 2.. other 2.. band ho hi nahi raha..

I had two Jio numbers. Ported my backup number that I use for banking and other personal things to BSNL from Jio.
Earlier I used to do a Jio 249 recharge with 1.5 GB data with 28 days validity. BSNL plan is 140 for 2GB per day with 30 days validity. I live in a well connected city so not facing any network related issues.
Used 914.8 GB last month with jio 5g.
If you have the stable 5g network like me then it's most value for money.
bsnl customer support has improved a lot, but the problem is no 4g in many cities.
I have 4 sims of BSNL but very scared of calling Customer Care. 😃
Once they scolded me for calling and told me to hang up for trying to register complaint even though they don't want it to register 😜 .
You just cannot complaint about BSNL to BSNL.
