From last few mins ( since 11.40am ) the jio setup box is not working, unable to view any channels. www.j...om site also down and customer care numbers are not working. Any of facing same issue ?

I too faced an outage issue on my sim  today morning. I did not know  about the fire at there data centre .  Just  switched off  and  switched onn the  phone . Got the Network . Others where busy complaining in house . wink
