Jio users can now get 10GB data with one hour validity for just Rs 11. This Rs.11 data pack is very useful for JioPhone users who have activated the hotspot feature on their JioPhone. If Airtel users want to get the Rs.11 data pack, they will first have to recharge their number with a minimum of Rs.199 plan. But Jio users can get the Rs.11 pack by recharging their JioPhone number with just Rs.26 plan.

Jio offers three types of data packs.
1) Data Booster Packs [Active Plan Validity]
2) Data Packs [Separate Validity]
3) JioPhone Data Add-on Packs [Separate Validity]
Jio allows us to recharge data packs when we have a JioPhone data add-on pack. However, to recharge a data booster pack, we first need to recharge with a base plan like 75, 91, 125, etc.

No buddy, Jio was not sell any mobile phones that come with a "pre-activated" hotspot feature.
Some users (including me) are using their JioPhone as a portable wireless data card by unlocking the hotspot feature by rooting the phone.
Rooting method is available on internet for all JioPhones that come with WiFi connectivity [except "Prima" model]

I'm able to recharge 11rs. Plan in that number which has no active plan
