Jio Finance Payment Failures

I'm able to pay bills in smaller amounts, but when I tried paying 5000, and 15000, both transactions failed for some reason. Do note that these are part of the bill, so I'm not overpaying. Any idea what's happening here?

Paid on Sunday, no issues faced. Don't use saved cards. Add new and enter existing card.

I knew about the saved card issue. Had added the debit card details manually.

I paid 2 days ago, it worked without any issues, paid some 70K bill
