Jio finance debit card are now not issuing rupay platinum debit card, applied today and got the message that they will make it available soon as soon as possible

Till now it was free,but now they are not issuing
Wait 2-3 hrs it will be automatically issued
I opened account yesterday and today rupay platinum debit card is showing
Old walo ka to koi value hi nahi.. fake virtual dc pakda diya.. platinum coming soon.. soon ka max likit kya hai
There is a trick to get in the old account as well.
I received it in the old account.
Forward complaint to RBI ombudsman, that JIO is doing partiality on the same account type based on new & old customer.
In there faq,they are clearly mentioning that no debit card will be issue,I don't know if they mean physical card
ignore all above messages. i applied today morning at 7:45 am. luckily agent came in 5 mins. all video kyc verified. they had issued virtual debit card without cvv. just now checked. got the debit card with cvv
Did you also got the UPI debit card first? Or directly rupay platinum?
normally takes about 24 hrs for the virtual DC with CVV to be visible
Update:Congratulations! Your Jio Payments Bank Lite Savings Account 00112171**** has been upgraded to Digital Savings Account

Zero fee. Use Jio finance app to open account. No MAB requirement.
I did kyc 2 hrs back and got platinum dc within half an hour.
Complete VKyc and current card will get blocked and replaced by Rupay Platinum with CVV.
I finished VKYC but I see debit card blocked because of the #$ reason. What does it mean? Okay temporary card blocked issued RuPay Platinum.

How to complain on RBI ombudsman I have to complain regarding union bank of india. Bank branch is unable to generate 6 digit token number for me to use the Mobile banking app. They are forcing me to get the debit card just to activate the app.
