Jio Fiber set Top Box issues after recent software update

So there was an update pushed on Jio Set Top box. After this update, there are huge issues with the Jio TV+ app:
1. Recently watched live channel list is showing random channels everytime. It is creating such an inconvinience as there is no quick way to find channel on Jio TV+
2. Channels are starting to play even during scroll (earlier one has to click on OK after highlishting a channel). Due to this the navigation have become even slower
Have tried resetting the set top box, but no success. Is anyone else also facing thee issues? Any workarounds?

Full screen favorite.. never saw that.. I get a small horizontal reel of favorites. My setup box is the same being given in last 2 years.

Avoid even if free.
Worst part:
1. Even after payuing 236 per month for subscription on top of Fiber cost, Jio is inserting loads of its own Ads while switching channels, in between running programs pausing them, even on OTT app programs it is inserting it's own Ads. And the number and duration of Ads are increasing every month. Sometimes they are playing back to back 8 Ads of 4 minutes
2. Slow UI, slow to switch channels. Difficult to use by elderly. Frequent software glitches require set top to be reset.

My JioTV+ version is 2.0.7
Every update they make it worse
In last update they changed the favourites ui to cover bottom half of the screen with small font size and after selecting channel have to press back button to remove the favourites menu.
Before that favourites was fullscreen menu and would disappear after selecting channel
Oh and you can only favourite 15 channels and cannot sort it.
Yeah channels are playing automatically only of the top row which makes the UI lag
UI and channels were slow to open and stuttering to play but after I cleared cache and reset jiotv+ from settings it's fine now
