I think Jio fiber is purely a cyber fraud they are not returning booking amount of 1000 Rs to 1000ds of customer for 3 months. I too have not received any amount till now after 26 days daily follow up even though my house their ONT device is not installable and did not have range.
There is n0 customer support over phone till you are their customer so you have to go their 4-5 stores before you get to know which store is for your area.
The Jio store executive is not even bothered about you. They will give verbal commitments but will not act on it. Very thick skinned executives. All false commmitments.
How do we get the money back any idea.
Unethical way would be to ruin software of router/tv box once a while and force them to replace it for me. I remember they denied 1000 rs for my jio tv box so I simply experimented with it, ruined it , got it replaced then put pure android OS and then sold it.
Consider it as a wedding gift to dear Anant and Radhika along with your blessings...
That wedding gift will be with a lot of curses for all the torture I have gone through and I do not want to curse his kid for Ambani's unethical practices

@piyush2251 Bro you suggested me same thing for Airtel fiber billing issue. They partially refunded ~7.5k but still best way to get the resolution. It might take upto 8-10 days . Juts go for it..

They are doing this from many years...twitter is flooded with such complaint...mota bhai company no one dare to put hand on him...

Reliance is worst and so does similar shameless companies. The same 💩 also happened with tata - docomo connection when it was still alive!!
i raised the same complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in ,
i got a reply "This is back dated Fiber related complaint received from NCH. As checked customer issue has already been resolved"
and they closed it.
How to proceed further, there is no scope for reopening here.
