Use 2.4ghz Wifi And Test
As They Offering Free Installation On Paying For 3/6 Months , Close Connection And Apply Again , U Will Get New Ip Address And Mac Address , It Might Solve The Problem.

Wired connection is always better, so Jio Fiber.
I have been using Jio Fiber since Covid lol, other than occasional maintenance outage, there were no issues. If you have smart TV, get the TV channels plan too if your family watches TV serials, you can get free setup box.
