JioFiber Power Adapter replacement - Free or chargeable?

Hello Dimers,
I need clarity wrt JioFiber Power Adapter replacement. today morning there was an issue with Internet not working.sp ,i raised request,he diagnosed and changed the adapter and it is working now.
But he charged 399/- for power adapter replacement.when i asked,free replacement only for routers.and he didn't give invoice.
Now, my question is ,is it correct?
Or he just lied?

Nothing is chargeable , neither router nor adapter,
If he insisted you should have asked for a router replacement stating any reason
They have to replace it.
Only condition is there should not be external damage to either of them.

you could have bought an adapter from market. just check the voltage & ampere or simply show your adapter to seller.

So you have asked for router itself. Because I have seen that charger comes free with router.
