JIO 1559 Recharge (Doubt)

Im planning on doing 1559 recharge for my Mobile number.
1. I have wifi in all the places i frequently visit and daily data consumption is only towards UPI Payments.
2. Does the above plan work only with JIOphones or also the normal Mobilephones (Iphone/Android)
3. is 5G offer applicable even with this?
as the Telecom operatiors are considering increasing rates, im lookinf for long validity recharge.
Please let me know if u are using/know abt above plan.

₹395 plan averages ₹4.70 per day.
₹ 1559 plan averages ₹4.64 per day.
But using miserly (𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪) offers, one can easily get at-least ₹10-₹20 off or 5% cashback on the ₹395 plan.
Long validity recharges are cheapest in MTNL/ BSNL or rather BSNL now, as MTNL revised tariffs and scrapped the pure validity only recharges.
I mean I am assuming, that UPI would work fine on 4G/3G too.
Unconfirmed rumours/ unconfirmed reports claim that the unlimited complimentary 5G offers may not be showing on some of the new recharges done in mid-June 2024.
But otherwise, the 1559₹ plan is definitely eligible for the complimentary 5G offer.
Jip phone plans are for ₹123 per 28 days or for ₹1234 per 365 days.. in so far as I know.

Problem is "Jio my primary sim"
and 1559 plan can be bought at 1410 (Twid pay VISA offer+ super coins) @ 1410
so cost per day is 3.86 per day
Considering the previous telecom rise in rates im expecting 20% increase at once so this seems to be better offer for next 1 year.

Like even Airforce One faced communication snags during 911 (world trade centre).
If congestion is there in an area or sudden surge in customers (like in a stadium) then issues are faced.
Jio has started thinking of proper rural reach, whereas others already have infrastructure in rural places too.
Call quality of Jio is comparable to others. Or the other way of saying is that, voice call quality on VI, Airtel are no less than Jio.
Data use is literally locality specific. So no generic answers for it.
