Amazon/Flipkart & Other Ecom companies are not allowed to sell non-essential goods in Jharkhand since the lockdown started on March 22
Jharkhand Govt on 18th May allowed to open them for non-essential but withdraw the order within 2 days. All those who managed to place orders are stuck now.
Also, when the Govt allowed the sale of non-essential goods in Lockdown 3 for Green & Orange zone Jharkhand govt. did not implement lockdown relaxations during that time also. Wonder what these guys are thinking 
Local shops that are opened are looting and people have no other option left. Wonder if they will allow non-essential after lockdown 4 or not
Note: They are allowing home delivery of liquor via Swiggy/Zomato but won’t allow delivery of non-essentials.

Same situation is in jammu and kashmir. I m from kashmir. In whole state there is only 1000 cases. And in my district i didn’t find any covid case. But still they aren’t able to deliver orders here..i don’t know what the hell they are doing

So E-commerce for non-essential is not opened in Lockdown 5 as well while it’s opened in every state of India. Delivery boys are removed from jobs. One of the worst CM and worst decisions taken.

So as of now, eCommerce is still banned in Jharkhand for non-essential. ATS/Ekart Courier offices are mostly sealed. Heard there is good money given by big shop traders to stop ecom till 30 June.

When Only Online was started then offline seller’s (Trader’s Asscoiation of India) complained and govt took action. Hypocrisy at its best
